Hi there! I’m Dr. Sara Eraly. 

 

 

​I am a general adult psychiatrist with a special interest in women’s mental health. I believe in a holistic and evidence-based approach which places you, the individual, at the heart of our collaborative decision-making process.

 

My journey as a psychiatrist began with specialist training at one of Asia’s leading psychiatric hospitals, the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. It was followed by training in Australia to become a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). ​

I have a keen interest in women’s mental health and also hold the position of consultant psychiatrist at a public women’s only acute inpatient unit with Western Health. Teaching is also something I cherish and I’m an accredited supervisor with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP).
